The Italian company Pellicceria Mele was founded by Enrico Mele in 1880 in Naples, which remains its headquarters to this day. Historically, it is counted among the oldest and most prestigious in the industry in Italy, always defined by a distinctive, original style—entirely crafted by its master artisans.

The only Italian company in the sector of its time to be invited to participate in the Paris International Exhibition of 1907.

In recognition of his outstanding entrepreneurial vision, the founder was awarded the honour of Grand Knight of the Crown of Italy in 1917.

Enrico, together with his brothers Davide and Diego, still leads a company that has successfully reached the fifth generation. MELE creations are distributed and sold in the most exclusive boutiques across Europe and the world.
